Spark your creativity and expand your knowledge of baking desserts through Bake-Off-inspired recipes traditionally made without gluten or wheat. Practice baking between classes and craft your own signature recipe. Great for home bakers.

About This Class

  • This class will be taught through the online platform, Zoom. You will receive instructions on how to access the online classroom after registration.
  • Sessions will largely be instructional and demonstrative. You are encouraged to take notes.
  • You do not need to have access to a kitchen during the class, but you are invited to practice techniques and recipes in between sessions.
  • Instructional materials will be shared via the Zoom platform and email. Please ensure you are able to access your emails through PCC.
