Here are the slides from today.
We reviewed the be-verb in positive sentences, negative sentences, questions and contractions. We also talked about wh-questions. These questions are for information (What’s your name?)
Here is the homework for Wednesday:

English in Action 2: Review page 10. Listen again slow down the audio and repeat after the speaker.

Finish the English in Action 2 Workbook Packet.

Prepare for the Welcome Unit Test on Friday: listening, reading, writing: capitalization, spelling, punctuation, word order; be-verb (sentences, negative, contractions, questions). Yes/no questions, wh-questions and answers. )

Finish extra practice #1 (practice each skill – you choose how) and then fill out the chart (or you can call me or e-mail me)

Choose a famous person and write 5 sentences about him or her. Use the model from C, page 9.
