  1. English in Action 2: Read pages 6-7 again. Finish page 7 (for practice; not to turn in). Read pages 8-9. We will do these on Friday.

  2. Packet: Write C on page 3. Use a contraction. Also write D on page 4.

  3. Correct your homework and quiz. Here is the correction key.

  4. Study for Quiz 1:

    1. Letter and word dictation

    2. Capitalization

    3. Spelling: my name, English, Portland, Oregon, your language, your country (in English!)

    4. Syllables & Stressed Syllables

  5. Do any late homework: alphabet practice, first day questionnaire, pages 2-3 of your homework packet.
