Experience the spirit of Bake-Off without the pressure! Using challenges from the beloved television series, you’ll learn how to make recipes using rough puff pastry. Practice baking between classes. Craft your own signature recipe. Great for home bakers.

About This Class
- This class will be taught through the online platform, Zoom. After you register, you will receive instructions on how to access the online classroom and materials website (at least 48 hours before class begins).
- Sessions will largely be instructional and demonstrative. You are encouraged to take notes.
- You do not need to have access to a kitchen during the class, but you will be asked to practice techniques and recipes in between sessions.
- Instructional materials will be shared via the Zoom platform and email. Please ensure you are able to access your emails through PCC.
