Classwork

Buy the textbook (student book, not workbook) English in Action 2 and bring it to every class. You can buy it in the PCC bookstore. It costs $42.
Everyone has a free class this term. If you want a free class in winter term, you must attend 75% of the classes this term. This means you can be absent 7 times or miss 21 hours of class, including being late or leaving early. If you are absent more than 7 times or miss more than 21 hours, can you still take a class winter term, but it will not be free.
If you do not have a parking permit, you must buy a three hour ticket for $3 from the parking machine outside. Put it in your car on the dashboard right away. Davida will help you order a parking permit for the term.
Optional (= Your Choice)
Meet with a tutor in the library Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. You can practice reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary. It’s your choice! Bring your PCC ID.
Practice speaking and listening with Tutor Fran in the Mt. Tabor building every Wednesday from 11:30 – 12:30.
