Reminders
Buy the textbook (student book, not workbook) English in Action 2 and bring it to every class. You can buy it in the PCC bookstore. It costs $42.
Everyone has a free class this term. If you want a free class in winter term, you must attend 75% of the classes this term. This means you can be absent 7 times or miss 21 hours of class, including being late or leaving early. If you are absent more than 7 times or miss more than 21 hours, can you still take a class winter term, but it will not be free.
Davida will give you your parking permit on Friday in class if you completed the paper form today. You must put it in your car right away. Parking is not free. If you drive to PCC tomorrow and park your car, you will get a $25 ticket if you don’t have a permit. If you did not complete the form, you must buy a $3 ticket from the machine and put it in your car.
1. First you complete the form for the permit.
2. Next Davida gives you your permit to put in your car.
3. Last you pay $50 for the permit. You can pay later.

Meet with a tutor in the library Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. You can practice reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary. It’s your choice! Bring your PCC ID.
