My name is Catherine Hutchison, RN and the instructor for your class GRN 172, known by the DHS as Ensuring Quality Care (EQC). This class is 6 days long and your attendance is required for all.
There is no text book. The power point I show, is the only material close to a book. You need to have a copy of it in each Adult Foster Care Home. To do this, I will assist you in downloading a copy. DO NOT print it out. You will be wasting your money. It is close to 1500 pages, and is in the process of being updated, one section at a time. Unless you wait for the finished product, you will have to re-print new sections.
I have merged all of the sections into one file. On the DHS site, you can find the sections separately, and in alphabetical order. Not the order in which I teach. It is very time consuming.
