Homework from Monday, July 21, 2025:

1. Workbook page 22, Exercise E.  Complete the exercise in your workbook, or, for extra writing practice, copy the sentences into your notebook.  We’ll check your answers in class on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

2.  Listening: Questions about Florida <– Click here for the audio.  Listen to the audio and write the questions you hear about Florida in your notebook, like a dictation. Only write the questions.  Example for #1:  Where is Florida located?  We’ll check your dictation in class on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

3.  Grammar handout: some & any.  Complete the exercises on the handout I gave you in class.  The links are below.  For extra writing practice, copy the exercises into your notebook.  We’ll check your answers in class on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

1. Student Book page 57, Exercise F. In your notebook, write 3 to 5 sentences about things you like about the city where you live, and 3 to 5 sentences about things you don’t like.  Examples:  There are a lot of good restaurants. There aren’t enough parks.  There’s too much rain. etc. We’ll talk about your ideas in class on Monday, July 28, 2025.
