9th week homework (June 1 to 4, 2026)
Note: Please try to finish the homework before the next class. You don’t need to send it to me because we usually talk about the answers in class. Also, when you finish the homework & prepare for class, it helps me decide if you will be ready for the expectations of Level 4 or not.
Homework from class Monday, June 1, 2026:
1. Workbook page 44, Exercises A & B. Complete the exercises with the past tense verbs. I recommend that you copy both exercises into your notebook for extra writing practice. We’ll check the answers in class Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
2. Workbook page 48, Exercise H <– Click here for the audio. Listen and complete the sentences with a verb in the simple past. I recommend that you copy the exercise into your notebook for extra writing practice. We’ll check the answers in class Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
3. Grammar handouts: Past time expressions (links below). Complete the handout (front and back) that I gave you in class. I recommend that you copy both exercises into your notebook for extra writing practice. We’ll check the answers in class Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
