Week 8 (February 23 to 26, 2026) homework
Note: Please try to finish the homework before the next class. You don’t need to send it to me because we usually talk about the answers in class. Also, when you finish the homework & prepare for class, it helps me decide if you will be ready for the expectations of Level 4 or not.
Homework from class Monday, February 23, 2026
1. Writing. Think about the questions and the paragraph on Student Book page 92. Write sentences about how you will change your health habits. Use “I’ll…” and “I won’t….” Examples: I’ll try to walk more. I won’t eat fried food. I won’t put so much salt on my food. Write your sentences in your notebook. We’ll share these in class on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
2. Grammar handout: will or be going to? (<– Click here for the handout from class.) Complete the handout I gave you in class. You can complete the exercises on the handout, or, for extra writing practice, copy them on to another paper. We’ll check these in class on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
3. Continue to practice the clarification questions on your pink slip. Try to memorize them and use them outside of class.
