Class Offering 9MBF-618P: Flow Yoga; Anatomically Illustrated with Simple Transitions

Yoga that is quite simply, easy to follow and do with an anatomically illustrated, precisely timed slideshow for beginner to expert levels. We study a basic emphasis on gracefully flowing through simple transitions and full range of motion.

Engage in a blend of experiences to make the learning process more personally interactive, relevant and enjoyable and develop an understanding and proficiencies with regard to both principles and techniques, however, not to be bound by either of them. To be bound by a principle or technique can become a hinderance to the experience itself.
As we learn about anything, the idea is for us to be able to go into a particular realm, spend as much time as needed experiencing it, learning about it, then leave when we want to. In short, you want to be able to enter a mold or framework, obey the principle or technique without being caged in it or bound by it.
