Today we reviewed the homework from pages 50-51 in the Unit 8 workbook packet.
We also talked about the negative be verb in the past (wasn’t/weren’t)
In the computer lab, you wrote me an e-mail. I will reply to you soon. You also filled out the ESOL survey. If you did not do the survey, please e-mail me and I will send you the link.
Here is the homework for Friday:
1. If you got your Unit 6 test back, please fix the mistakes. Here is the key. Do not erase your first answer! I will return all the other tests on Friday.
2. English in Action 2: Unit 8: Read, write and listen on page 144. You do not have to turn in anything. Read page 145.
3. English in Action 2: Unit 8 workbook packet: Write page 52.
4. Work on extra practice #6 for next Monday. You choose how to practice. Here is the chart. You can fill out the chart, call me or e-mail me to tell me how you practiced.
5. Finish any late homework or corrections.
On Friday there is a short quiz about the be-verb in the past (was/were and wasn’t/weren’t).
