Implement a strategic enrollment management plan
Initiatives are progressing to:
- Stabilize enrollment
- Improve fall to fall retention
- Close the opportunity gap
The enrollment management team is implementing fall term a new system for cultivating prospective students from the point of their first inquiry through enrollment. Contact information of future students will be stored in a central database. They will receive timely reminders and instructions of steps they need to complete as they progress toward registering for classes.
Student recruitment marketing
Marketing plans to support this effort by making a priority of generating qualified leads for the database and using social media to keep admitted but not yet enrolled students engaged with PCC.
Student Affairs has initiated a comprehensive and objective assessment of district marketing and enrollment practices.
