ImageNow / Perceptive Content

ImageNow (also known as Perceptive Content) is a document imaging program— used for scanning or “imaging” a document and saving it to a shared file/directory or through other applications such as Banner or AdvisorTrac. Users can view these documents later by searching within the imaging program, or by pulling up a specific Banner (or other program) record and viewing all imaged documents associated with that record. Users must request an ImageNow account, and may need to request to install ImageNow software for their computer.

Image Now is not accessible on a wireless connection without using VPN – even from on campus.

Access ImageNow

Access requests for ImageNow is done through the MyPCC Employee tab > Manager’s Page > ‘Argos, ImageNow, and Qualtrics training authorization‘ form (manager authorization required). If you also need the ImageNow software installed on your computer, include that information in the ‘Comments’ section of the form.
