
Chris Aiosa (he/him) is a housing and homeless services leader, educator, and doctoral candidate with more than 20 years of experience in direct service, nonprofit leadership, affordable housing, shelter operations, and supportive housing development. His career has included work with Portland Rescue Mission, Transition Projects, Central City Concern, the Housing Authority of Clackamas County, and several organizations he helped found or co-found, including Do Good Multnomah, All Good Northwest, Greater Good Northwest, Evergreen Community Partners, and The Affordable Housing Initiative.
Chris currently serves as the Director of Project Development for The Father’s Heart and LoveOne, where he supports housing programs, day center operations, shelter development, and regional partnerships focused on ending homelessness. He also brings experience in veteran services, Permanent Supportive Housing, Housing First, case management, housing navigation, and nonprofit organizational development.
In addition to his work in housing, Chris is an educator with a Master of Education and is completing his Doctor of Business Administration. Chris brings both classroom experience and lived professional experience in the housing system, helping students connect course concepts to the real-world challenges and opportunities they will encounter in the field.
Chris is passionate about preparing the next generation of housing service workers to lead with compassion, cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and a deep commitment to housing justice.
