Filo or Phyllo is a delicate, light and flaky pastry dough that can be used for appetizers, dinner dishes as well as great desserts. Learn to use filo in a variety of dishes starting with brie purses with pears and almonds, herb sole in filo parcels, smoked salmon tarts, a mushroom strudel and a pistachio peach tart.
