LAT264 Landscape Estimating & Bidding
Presents methods and mechanics of estimation. Includes interpretation of specifications and drawings, material take-offs, labor, equipment, contingency, and overhead calculations, pricing strategies, production rates, bid procedures, recordkeeping, and computer use.
