GYROKINESIS
GYROKINESIS(R) is the creation of dancer, gymnast, and yogi Juliu Horvath. GYROKINESIS(R) classes involve extensive spinal articulation and breathing, periods of continuous fluid movement, and a balance of stretching and strengthening.
