Tai Chi Beginning: Yang Style 24 Movement Form
This Yang style Form emphasizes fluid, continuous motion while maintaining breath and posture control. Mindful movement to improve balance, posture and coordination of whole-body motions. We will be learning this form forward and mirrored.
