Explore art-making as a fruitful part of your personal journey, especially during times of transition or transformation. Use personal symbols, painting, collage, photography and journaling to encourage creative flow. All levels welcome.

This class is designed for those who wish to try creativity as a way of understanding, processing, or supporting themselves on their personal journey. We will use writing, art-making, reflection and dialogue while setting intentions, engaging in creative process, and celebrating our discoveries. Additional strategies to encourage creative flow include the use of vision boards. No art-making experience necessary.
