Learn Louisiana's favorites that blend African, Spanish, French and Italian cuisine influences. Cook your own chicken gumbo, shrimp creole, the classic New Orlean's muffuletta and top it off with some delicious Beignets.
Students are welcome to cook along at home. Instructor will send recipes and necessary ingredients 48 hours before class date.
