Chocolate Making: Bean to Bar

Learn from a professional chocolate maker how to make single-origin dark chocolate starting from the cacao bean! Through both remote lectures and in person hands-on workshops, students will learn the whole chocolate making process from start to finish alongside fellow chocolate lovers. All levels welcome.

The first two class sessions will be held remotely (10/10 and 10/17) and each session will be an 1.5 hours long. Students will learn the origins of chocolate, how chocolate is made, the varieties of cacao and all things chocolate!

These remote classes are preparation for the two hands on chocolate making workshop portions of the course which will be held in person on 11/4 from 2-6pm and 11/5 from 11am-3pm.
