Learn about eating to feel full, satisfied and nourished with plant-based cooking and eating. Eating more-not less-can be a strategy for healthy weight loss and maintenance with the right low-caloric-density foods. Cook along with some easy, filling and delicious recipes.

Students are welcome to cook along. Instructor will email recipes and ingredients necessary for the class.
