Mexican Regional Cuisine
Explore the authentic flavors from four different food regions of Mexico, from Sonora to Yucatan. Learn to make Sonoran cream of cheese soup, Birria for tacos from Jalisco, the classic cochinita pibil and Mayan pork cooked in banana leaves, as well as pickled onions and Mexican rice.
Students are welcome to cook along at home. Instructor will send recipes and necessary ingredients 48 hours before class date.
