Turn up the heat with chiles! Learn how to handle them, different spice levels and how to roast them. Make fresh salsa, ancho salsa, drunken salsa,
aji amarillo sauce and rajas with cheese.
This class is primarily demonstration but students are welcome to cook along with the instructor. Recipes and ingredients will be emailed 48 hours before the class start date.
