Find health, beauty, wellness and bliss from the inside out in this interactive yoga teacher training course!

Learn assessment skills and recommendations for perfect health. Class covers both theory and practical applications with restorative yoga, hands-on cooking, aromatherapy, marma, breathing practices and basic herbs.

Course is delivered live via Zoom, with the classtime balanced between didactic content, questions and sharing, and poses/yoga practices.

Complete all 4 modules to qualify for your 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training! Each course in our series awards 50 CEU hours towards professional CEUs or your RYT hours.

Two books are used throughout the program (book info emailed before class begins).
