Bake sweet pastries as well as savory breads in this series exploring how to make plant-based baked goods. Learn tips, techniques and recipes in a cook-along format that will equip you to make delicious plant-based baked goods for yourself, friends and family. Register for this class to enroll in the series at a discount.

While there will be some gluten-free options available during the course, it is not the focus of this course. In addition, the course will not be entirely whole-foods-based or oil-free.
