Instructor comments:

Hello!

I'm so glad you're interested in leading group fitness!  Through our course activities, you will learn all about group fitness programs and how to plan and lead group fitness classes.

This course is designed as hybrid course with half the instruction occurring during in person class meetings and the other half through online activities to be completed each week.  The online activities offers a combination of reading, video, guided practice activities and interactive learning checks.

No textbook required. All learning materials are available online for students.  If you have any questions, please email me: alma.eaton@pcc.edu.

Best,

Alma Eaton
