Instructor comments:

This course requires 2-4 hours of self-paced “pre-work” through the Mental Health First Aid Learning Management System (Cornerstone LMS), which students are expected to complete prior to the face-to-face virtual Zoom session. The week prior to the in-class session should be devoted to completing the self-paced pre-work and self-care plan. The face-to-face session will be remote/virtual and LIVE using Zoom from the Cornerstone LMS. Students MUST complete the pre-work before the live Zoom session.  Your Mental Health First Aid instructional team will send announcements regarding the Cornerstone LMS and details of this process at least one week prior to the live Zoom session.
