Cultivating Personal Happiness
Gain insights on ways to change the thought patterns, practices and actions that hinder our personal happiness. While no one can be cheery all the time, one can most certainly form habits that lead to increased feelings of happiness.Many would admit that the pursuit of happiness is a part of what we do and why we do it. Yet, there are still so many that are unhappy. In this course, we'll examine some of the underlying belief systems that drive our unhappiness and, more importantly, what we can do about it. Regardless of our past or current circumstances, we CAN change our wiring, thought-patterns and habits to start living happier lives with a more positive outlook.
