Instructor comments:

This class will be hybrid. Our class will meet live (synchronous) via zoom on M/W from 10- 11 AM with the remaining time requirement met online with short lectures and discussion posts.

This class uses foam rollers and it is required to have one. ( Low-medium density recommended) If you do not have a cloth tape mesure you will need one of those too. Please visit the PCC book store for purchasing options.
