Instructor comments:

Join me twice per week for short-duration, guided meditations to help you increase calm and decrease stress. All classes are synchronous according to the Class Schedule. This is a hybrid course, which means there is some online work to be completed weekly related to different types of meditation practices. I look forward to working with you!
