This course examines new leadership theories and paradigm shifts and strategies for leading others and managing yourself.

Throughout a ten-week period you will be given an opportunity to create a learning organizational culture by applying various strategies in developing organizational visions, communicating with clear meaning, developing trust through collaboration, and sharing leadership through empowerment.

As you navigate through this course you will find successful leaders are skilled in building and empowering cohesive innovative teams. I recommend registering for MSD 116: Creative Thinking & Innovative Change, 1-credit class Summer term, 2020, to complement and add greater value to your skill set and to this educational experience.
