Older versions of the textbook are fine to use and students have used alternate ediions in the past without issues.  If so, you may have slightly different page numbers for assignments.  We can set up a discussion post for everyone to share page numbers by edition as it will be everyone's responsibility to find the right page number for their edition.  Thanks!
