 This class requires a subscription to the EHR Go academic electronic health record software.  This software subscription is available through the bookstore or through NeehrPerfect.com and is a web-based program.

 This section of the class is only open to students accepted into the health information management program.  General Education and career pathway students should register for CRN 47005.
