Term course includes three individual topics: Business Practice, Ethics & Counseling, Nutritional Research and Resources, and Nutritional Supplementation. Explores opportunities/constraints in health promotion, resolving value conflicts, and responding to ethical challenges in practice. Includes best practices in nutriceuticals science, understanding the process of drug and nutrient interactions, and introduction to nutritional supplements, symptoms treated by supplements, and clinical familiarity with diet planning, popular diets and cultural trends. .
