ASL265 Fingerspelling and Numbers
Develops fundamental expressive and receptive fingerspelling skills for the intermediate signer. Presents rules for ASL fingerspelling and number production in context. Improves ability to comprehend fingerspelling. Develops cloze skills (filling in missed letters by using contextual clues and background knowledge), and continues development of letter and number production as begun in core ASL courses. Prerequisites: ASL 201 or ASL 250. (For detailed information, see the Course Content and Outcome Guide ).
