Develops career objectives by linking their PCC course work with off-campus learning experiences in business, industry, and/or the public sector. Focuses on office/receptionist skills, animal nursing and restraint laboratory procedures, pharmacology, radiography, surgical preparation and assistance and anesthesiology. Students may request to attend a special clinic, such as the Oregon Regional Primate Center, Oregon Health Science University, The College of Veterinary Medicine at Oregon State University, or a large animal or equine practice.
