Engage in case strategy and diet overview, individual nutrients, therapeutic food procurement, cooking and menu planning. Food economics and the selection of whole foods ingredients will be referenced in the review of menu planning (cost, nutrient content, compliance, cultural influences) and specific therapeutic needs and special populations.
