Course meets online 2-4pm PST (office hours online 4:30-5:30pm) or 5:30-7:30pm PST (office hours online 8-9pm). Nomenclature, methodology and problem solving for weight management issues, metabolism and biochemistry considerations. Review obesity, balanced nutrition and long term life style changes. Online courses require that students have basic to intermediate computer savvy, and are skilled in personal discipline, task organization and time mgmt. Students should expect to invest a minimum of 2/3 hrs of study for every hour of lecture in order to be successful in this course.
