Students responsibilities

  • You must discuss your make-up exam options with your instructor before attempting to set up an appointment at a Testing Center. It is your instructor’s decision to grant a make-up exam.
  • Retakes of exams should be done with the instructor, and cannot be done at the Testing Centers.
  • Review all test instructions and procedures with your instructor prior to arriving for testing. Bring only the materials your instructor has approved for use with the test.
  • Make-up exams are offered at specific times only at each Testing Center. Please check our proctored exam schedule for specific times and locations.
  • Valid picture identification is required for all testing.
  • No electronic devices of any sort will be allowed while testing unless specifically noted by the instructor on the proctored examination instructions form.
  • Books, bags, and other belongings must be left in a designated area at each exam site.
  • No children or visitors are allowed in the Testing Centers.
  • Make-up exams must be turned in immediately when the specified time limit is over. No exceptions.
  • Testing will not collect or disseminate any non-proctored materials, including homework, papers, surveys, or take-home tests.
  • Students suspected of cheating or violating testing procedures will be reported to their instructor and Testing Center administration.
  • Students must contact Accessible Ed & Disability Resources if they require ADA accommodations for testing.
