Students who are applying for program where practicum or field training is required have to pass a drug screen as well as a criminal history check as a condition of their acceptance into a medical, dental or community facility.
It is the full responsibility of the applicant to notify their program department if their contact information change (example: phone number, address, email). Failure to comply with this requirement may prevent admission.
