One-Year Certificate: Residential Structural and Mechanical Inspection and Plans Examination

  • Complete with a passing grade the appropriate State and national certificate exams,
  • Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and disposition necessary to obtain employment in the commercial building inspection field.

  • Identify problems and apply appropriate problem solving skills to facilitate practical solutions in professional, community and personal issues

One-Year Certificate: Commercial Structural and Mechanical Inspection Certificate

  • Actively build skills in use of appropriate inspection and plan review techniques needed to work in a code enforcement environment.

  • Apply and continue to expand knowledge of residential construction and systems
  • Complete with a passing grade appropriate state and national certification exams.
  • Demonstrate knowledge, skills and disposition necessary to obtain employment in the residential code enforcement field.
