All attendees will have the opportunity to <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.sos.state.or.us\/orestar\/vr\/register.do\">register to vote<\/a> online or to obtain a <a href=\"http:\/\/sos.oregon.gov\/elections\/Documents\/SEL500.pdf\">paper registration form<\/a>.
