Important Note on Password Changes

Password changes made in MyPCC will not take effect in the PCC Login system until the following morning. If you can’t authenticate to library resources and have changed your password today, please try again after 7 am tomorrow.

If you haven’t changed your password today but still can’t access library resources, submit the form below for help.

  • Enter your PCC username (e.g., john.doe)
  • Enter your email (PCC email preferred).
  • Please copy/paste URLs, if you have them.
  • Please provide specific error codes or messages, if you see them.
    Note: PCC Library implemented new authentication systems in January 2014, so please answer "yes" only if you have been able to log in between January 2014 and now.
  • Try logging in to http://my.pcc.edu
