Change of Address or Name
All international students are required by law to report any change of address or change of name (on their passport) within 10 days of the change. After the student reports the change, the OISS is then obligated to update the student’s SEVIS immigration record and college account with the new name or address, within 21 days of receiving the change notification from the student.
- To a change of address, a student must complete the online Change of Address Request Form
- To report a change in name a student must present their new passport to OISS as proof of change
