The Student Help Desk provides computer software and online service support primarily for PCC online students. Instructors who need help with their online classes should contact the Faculty Help Desk or work with an Instructional Support specialist.

Problems with D2L Brightspace
If you are having difficulty logging into D2L from My PCC, try the direct portal https://online.pcc.edu.

The Student Web Server
Your instructor is the primary contact for support with the SWS. But you can check out the SWS support page as well.
If you are unable to recover your MyPCC password, you will need to call us for assistance. When you call our number, press 1 to be transferred to the password reset queue.
