A single father is making a better life for his children.
Gabriel Rogers wants to be the kind of person his kids look up to - the way he looked up to his mom who owned her own business before her life was cut short by cancer. "She was successful at living out her dream because of her education," says the 24-year-old transfer degree student. As a single parent raising two children on his own, Gabriel works as a supervisor at a call center to support his family while earning his degree. "The cost of attending college is simply the largest obstacle in my path," says Gabriel.
With help from the PCC Foundation and supporters like you, Gabriel is conquering that obstacle one day at a time.
