Each entree is served with a salad, bread and a dessert.
- Beef option:
- Petit beef tenderloin with pinot noir sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables
- Salmon option:
- Grilled salmon drizzled in scampi butter, orzo pasta, baby carrots and asparagus, roma tomato, leeks
- Vegetarian option (can be made vegan):
- Smoked stuffed portobello mushroom, vegan mashed potatoes, pesto and balsamic
