Meal entrees

Each entree is served with a salad, bread and a dessert.

Beef option:
Petit beef tenderloin with pinot noir sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Salmon option:
Grilled salmon drizzled in scampi butter, orzo pasta, baby carrots and asparagus, roma tomato, leeks
Vegetarian option (can be made vegan):
Smoked stuffed portobello mushroom, vegan mashed potatoes, pesto and balsamic
