Policy Training and Support

The Office of Equity and Inclusion is committed to the urgent, sustained, and comprehensive work of creating a college climate that demonstrates PCC’s commitment to civil rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are committed to professional, prompt, neutral, and responsive resolutions for allegations of:

  • discrimination,
  • harassment,
  • retaliation,
  • sexual misconduct,
  • interpersonal violence, and
  • hate and bias at PCC.

Training for the PCC community and our team is critically important to fulfilling this commitment to the college.

New and ongoing employee training

All new employees must complete Title IX and Diversity training as part of the new employee onboarding process.

PCC employees also have access to a a cloud-based learning and talent management platform called MyCareer@PCC. There employees can find Title IX and Diversity training, as well as training on a variety of topics.

Get training for your team

OEI is happy to provide training for your team on a variety of policy and equity issues including discrimination, harassment and retaliation protections, and how to support and respond to people who make disclosures of sexual misconduct, assault, or interpersonal violence. Trainings are available to all PCC departments and teams.
